MN Hockey Checking Clinic

Please ensure this reaches all of your Pee Wee and Bantam age players. April 28, 2018 from 12:00 - 3:00 pm Minnesota Hockey will be holding a checking clinic at the Red Baron Arena. To register have your players follow the link below.

This clinic is open to others outside of the district also. Minnesota Hockey is making an attempt to move these skills clinics out state. They are good clinics, let's do our best to get our players to this clinic.

NEWS & NOTES

LRM Notes:

(Ryan will have a complete check-list of duties for LRM's. Please make sure you have completed the online background check, the link can be found on the main Fairmont Hockey Association page.)

1. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled practice time (typically 8:45pm) and plan on staying the ENTIRE PRACTICE. Locker rooms need to be locked up while practice is in session. You will need to be available to unlock the room if a player/coach needs to get in during practice.

2. Get the locker room key and LOCK BOX from Ryan in the office. The LOCK BOX is for any players who have electronic devices on them capable of taking pictures. These devices ARE ABSOLUTLEY NOT permitted in the locker rooms, NO EXCEPTIONS!! This is now considered to be a MAJOR INFRACTION for players who do not comply and may result in sitting out games and/or tournaments.

3. At the end of practice after the last player has left the locker room and all players have re-collected any electronic devices, please be sure the locker room is picked-up and ready for the next team to use, lock up, return key and lock box to the office.

4. It is taken in good faith everyone will show up to work their LRM shifts as scheduled. If you have a schedule conflict, please try to find your own replacement and let the Coordinators know as soon as you can. If you can not find a replacement, or have an emergency, contact one or both of your Coordinators AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can get a message out to the families their player should arrive at the arena PRACTICE READY as there will be no locker room available for that night.
